Terms of Use
By using XEOscan you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 18 May 2026
The service
XEOscan is a free tool that fetches a sample of pages from a website and returns an indicative report on AI and search readiness. It is operated by Constantin Ungureanu and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of any kind.
Acceptable use
- Only scan websites you own or that you have a legitimate interest in assessing.
- Do not use the tool to attack, overload, or disrupt any website or our service.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, the abuse protections, or scan at automated scale. We apply per-IP and global limits and may block abusive use.
- Do not use the tool for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
Reports are indicative only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. See our Disclaimer for detail on what the scan does and does not measure. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results are accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, XEOscan, or from any action taken in reliance on a report. Because the service is free, your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using it.
Intellectual property
The scoring rubric is published openly for transparency. The XEOscan name, site and software remain the property of the operator. You may share report links and reference findings; you may not resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
